The B2F platform is particularly effective for vendors, because it allows them to support the traditional sales through the provision of financial services or rental (for both direct and indirect sales networks), without taking on the burdens from a deferred payment by customers.

The B2F platform allows the vendor to overcome all the limitations implicit in the use of direct agreements with one or more financial partners (such as modest contractual strength, the scattering / fragmentation of information within the various tools provided by the traditional financial companies, the reduced visibility of the deals, ...).

On the other hand, the B2F portal allows the Vendor a substantial reversal of power relations, and to adopt a dedicated unique platform (customized to suit its operational and business needs that can handle in one context various financial services or rental agreements). This is possible not only because the B2F platform was built exactly to be easily configured according to the requirements of the Vendor, but also because it allows seamless integration directly in the Vendor Web site.

In this way it creates in fact a "Virtual Business Unit" for financial services, which in effect appears directly linked to the Vendor, not only in graphic terms (application of logos and corporate standards) but also from a business perspective (configuration of the products offering, the organization of the sales network, etc.). The implementation of a virtual B.U. produces both a strong impact on the commercial and marketing level (in terms of credibility, image and loyalty) and allows the vendor to monitor on-line all quotations and contract proposals submitted by the various users of its network.

In this regard it is also possible for the vendor to offer a "Self-Renting" service, where customers can act independently to carry out quotations choosing the assets within the vendor’s products catalog.
In case the vendor has an e-commerce Web portal it is also possible to integrate the B2F service in order to offer its customers a different sale approach (for more details see the dedicated to e-commerce sites section).

The level of flexibility in configuring the platform can include:

  • The graphical user interface (colors, fonts, logos, etc.)
  • Shopping chart: asset category, manufacturers, catalogues, etc.
  • Specific agreements with financial companies (also multi-products) offered by both b2F or already existing
  • Inbound/outbound document management workflows
  • E-signature
  • Download of specific contents (brochure, leaflets, etc.)
  • Push notification towards the sale network
